2027: Pelumi Olajengbesi quits law practice to pursue political ambition
Celebrated Abuja-based lawyer, Pelumi Olajengbesi, has quit law practice to pursue his political ambition.
Pelumi Olajengbesi, who is a co-founder of the Law Corridor, announced his temporary disengagement from the firm in a statement shared on his Instagram page.
While revealing his decision to step aside from law practice, he attributed it to his aspirations for public service.
He wrote, “I formally stepped aside from the Law Corridor as I turn my full attention to my political engagements and aspirations for public service.”
DAILY POST reports that Pelumi is rumoured to be contesting for the Obokun–Oriade Federal Constituency seat in Osun State in the 2027 general election.
This follows his ongoing political engagement in Osun State as the convener of ‘Imole Grassroots Mobilisation Network’, a political support movement for Governor Ademola Adeleke’s re-election.
