Dangote Refinery Reduces Prices of Products

In what seems to be a reaction to market forces, the Dangote refinery has lowered petrol and diesel prices by N100.

According to the latest pricing template from the refinery, issued on Tuesday March 10, 2026, the price of petrol at the gantry is now ₦1,075 per litre against the earlier price of ₦1,175 per litre.

The refinery pointed out that the price of PMS for coastal supply will now be set at ₦1,050 per litre, which accounts for a minor adjustment due to maritime distribution expenses.

For thev Automotive Gas Oil (diesel), it was lowered to ₦1,430 per litre at the gantry, indicating a reduction of ₦190 from the previous price of ₦1,620 per litre.

It however made it clear that the prices at the gantry do not include fees from the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA).
