Release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, MASSOB Tells Tinubu — Jungle Journalist Media Limited

The Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra  (MASSOB) under the leadership of Comrade Uchenna Madu has reiterated our call for observation of 58th anniversary of Biafra declaration by General Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu on May 30th, 1967.

May 30th, 2025 is a national day of introspection and self examination for the people of Biafra after 58 years of our forceful and deceitful actions of General Gowon popularly  known as reintegration, reconciliation and rehabilitation back to Nigeria.

The successive government of Nigeria have continuously pushed the people of Biafra into subjective slavery and politically motivated denial of infrastructural, economical, academical and social developments

MASSOB reiterate our demand for the release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and other pro Biafra agitators detained across Nigeria.

MASSOB noted that south east  was excluded from the Nigeria Student Loan.
JAMB consciously and systematically frustrate the high average examination score of South eastern region students.

No working seaport in the south east zone.
No southeast person among the senior officials of Nigeria National Petroleum Company,  Federal Inland Revenue  Service and Nigeria Customs Service.

Currently, the federal government of Nigeria have closed  down the Enugu international airport in south east zone including the railway transportation service in the South east zone.

MASSOB condemned the heavy presence Nigeria military and police checkpoints scattered across
the South East zone

May 30th Biafra Day Anniversary Celebration is sacrosanct.
The voluntary sit at home is our annual exercise for honour and remembrance of our fathers, mothers, brothers and sisters that suffered, massacred and  sacrificed their existence for Biafra.
