The cabinet of Umutowe Autonomous Community, Olokoro Clan in Umuahia South Local Government Area of Abia State, has been notified of a tragic incident involving a young man from the community who allegedly took his own life.

The traditional ruler, His Royal Majesty Eze Godfrey Onwuka Towe 1, has condemned the act, describing it as “ungodly and unfortunate.” The Eze in Council has initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident, collaborating with the Nigerian Police Force and the Olokoro clan vigilante.

The community leadership has expressed condolences to the family of the deceased and assured that they will work tirelessly to uncover the truth behind the tragic event.
