Amina Rabe Abubakar Rescued Two Days After Her Husband’s Death In Captivity, Rushed to Hospital

Two days after the death of her husband, the widow of the Major General Rabe Abubakar, Mrs Amina Rabe Abubakar, has been rescued from the den of her abductors by troops of the 17th Brigade of the Nigerian Army.

According to reports, Amina who was shot by the kidnappers while escaping the fire power of the military that invaded where she was being detained was rushed to an undisclosed hospital for immediate treatment.

Amina and her husband, Retired Major General Rabe Abubakar who while in service served as Defence spokesman were kidnapped on May 30 while travelling along Matazu – Katsina road.
