His administration has embarked on an aggressive road construction and reconstruction program, including the recent flag-off of the Ntigha-Mbawsi-Umuala Road in Isiala Ngwa North and the commissioning of the Dozie Dual Carriage Way, fitted with solar-powered streetlights. Additionally, the renovated, retrofitted, modernized, and well-equipped Nnamdi Azikiwe Secretariat, which was previously abandoned, has been commissioned and will accommodate four Ministries and about 1,000 civil servants. Governor Otti’s administration has also prioritized healthcare delivery, with significant investments in primary healthcare, reduction of maternal and infant mortality, and improvement of healthcare infrastructure.
