Workers’ Day: Oluebube Chukwu Celebrates Nigerian Workers’ Resilience

As Nigeria joins the rest of the world to mark Workers’ Day, the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Abia State on Due Process, Oluebube A. Chukwu, has celebrated the resilience and determination of the Nigerian worker.

Dr Chukwu in a statement released on Friday, noted that national growth and personal success are anchored on consistency, discipline, and unwavering commitment—even in the face of challenges.

He noted that every effort, no matter how small, contributes meaningfully to progress.

While describing workers as the “unsung heroes” driving development behind the scenes, Dr Chukwu applauded individuals who continue to push boundaries and build value despite economic and personal hurdles.

He argued that the true essence of Workers’ Day lies in recognizing the daily sacrifices and persistence of those striving to create a better future.

The Due Process Boss who pointed out that every step forward matters, therefore enjoined Nigerians not to lose momentum even when the journey becomes difficult.

He further charged them to remain focused, keep improving, and continue showing up in pursuit of their goals.

Dr Chukwu further stressed that sustainable development—both at individual and national levels—depends on a collective culture of hard work and resilience.

He wished all workers a fulfilling celebration, reminding them that their efforts form the backbone of progress and transformation.
